Universal Tough Trike

The tough trike standard has totally blown us away for light trikes that adapt to foot launch units. This trike can be mounted onto most any paramotor frame out there with ease and can be swapped around from one frame to another if needed. It's built out of a tough 4130 chomoly, which basically means you can use and abuse it without worrying about damaging it. The paramotor attaches in as little as 60 seconds, and the whole trike comes apart in a similar amount of time. When disassembled it can fit in the backseat of your car and within no time you can have your unit mounted and ready to go. In flight you hardly notice it, and it flies. the most like foot launch of any trike we have flow. The center of gravity is nicely balanced which helps the trike feel and fly like it's not there. This trike has quickly become our teams favorite light trike.

Universal Mounting System:

The Tough Trike is built with a universal mounting system which means you are easily able to adapt it to any footlaunch unit. The system is fairly easy to use and you can adjust where the frame attachment points are in all directions, up, down, side to side, etc. 

Fully Adjustable Mounting:

The Tough Trike is also adjustable in terms of how you'd like the paramotor to fit and feel on the trike. The front axle has many adjustment locations so you can shorten or lengthen depending on pilot height. The seat is adjustable up and down, so you can configure based on your harness, pilot height, and desired flying experience. The mounting system can also be adjusted so the paramotor frame sits straight up and down or tilted forward. Please refer to the photo above: left side is tilted forward, right side is vertical.

Some pilots prefer to have their frame tilted forward, which changes how the prop wash hits the wing. Our team prefers the frame flat and level. Good news - you can adjust as you please! 

Quick Mounting:

The Tough Trike is built with 4 attachment locations on the main frame and 1 strap across the front of the harness. The 4 attachment locations are secured via 4 clamps and take no time to attach and remove. It can be attached and removed by a single person in less than 60 seconds. It's so easy it's almost hard to NOT want to fly it!

Quick Assembly & Disassembly:

The Tough Trike is buit to be assembled and disassembled quickly - and it does. The front axle can be removed with two pins that takes all of 5-10 seconds to remove. The rear axles are one complete unit, so those stay together. But the wheels can also quickly come off and if you check the product photos you'll see a photo of it disassembled. It does pack faster than anything else and tight enough to fit in the backseat of your car/truck.
